Who the hell, truly, are we? Be true to yourself. Face up to your bad qualities. There is absolutely no use covering it up or putting it aside, it would just be a time bomb ticking. FACE IT! YOU know there's anger and hate towards this particular person, no use saying "oh i dun hate this person." YOU know that you hate him/her. Just face it and think of how you are going to work towards making the relationship better. We have to face it before we can proceed.

How much time do we spend dwelling on negative thoughts? And how much time do we spend one positive ones? So whats the freaking use of dwelling on negative thoughts when it doesnt even do you any good? Think about it people.

Thurs' and today's teachings really thought me a lot.



Yup anyway, I was the group leader for the green team for today's and tmr's children's camp. Omg, being a facilitator for a children's camp is NOT EASY. Kudos to camp director Sherry. LOL. =)

OH yes, meditation really really helps to calm your senses. Im serious. Take of your shoes, sit on the grass, face the sea, listen to soothing music, close your eyes and feel the breeze. LOL it sounds dorky but hey im serious. It realy really works. xD

And and and!Wifey's bday is on MONDAY~~~~~! FAST RIGHT OMG. And then 11 days later its mine. Haha got guitar course somemore. ON MY BDAY LEH SO EH STUDENTS U ALL BETTER BE HONOURED LOL LOL. Oh apparently wifey found my present alr and i think im definitely going "you bloody sucker". HAHAHAH!
